Cooking with fine products and the conscious use of seasonal ingredients is the main reason we expanded  Pottery Gourmet last fall to include our cooking classes.  Boise is home to many foodies and our food economy is really driven by our local farmers and artisans.  We continue to strive to give our customers premium good food and products, together with fun and educational cooking classes.  -- Sandra

Meet the Chefs

Chef Tiziana Lancedelli

Chef Tiziana is back by popular demand! This time she’s teaching her fabulous Italian cuisine. While the Northern Italian alpine cuisine of her childhood serves as the foundation for her menus, Tiziana also incorporates a wide range of flavors & ingredients from the various other food centric regions of Italy. Drawing upon classic recipes, she fashions many a plate using modern twists and locally available and seasonal ingredients. Her menu: Carpaccio di Zucchine con i Gamberi, Zucchini Carpaccio with Shrimp; Gnocchi al Gorgonzola, Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Sauce; Gnocchetti Verdi al Burro Fuso e Salvia, Spinach Gnocchetti with Browned Butter and Sage; and for dessert, Fragole con Crema di Mascarpone, Strawberries with Mascarpone Cream. $50.
